Those of you that follow me may remember that I grow my own blueberries. This year was absolutely amazing with the amount of blueberries that I picked! My freezer has many gallon bags filled with blueberries so I figured it was time to use some up. This recipe is a simple one to make with a whole lot of flavor. You can exchange the blueberries with blackberries or even huckleberries if you would like. We have many mulberry trees growing wild on our property. I may have to try them with this recipe next year.
The recipe book I found this recipe in is called Grandma’s Recipes – Recipes From The 1920’s, 30’s and 40’s, however, they called this recipe Blueberry pudding. I have no idea why they called it Pudding because it is exactly like a cobbler, so I did rename it.
